# Formisse > Formisse is an AI-native platform for building forms and surveys and, above all, for understanding the responses they collect. You build a form, publish it, and every response is automatically read by AI: summarized, categorized, scored for urgency and spam, and prioritized so the ones that matter surface first. Formisse also turns a whole period of responses into a written briefing, analyzes each form in depth, and can act on responses automatically through rules and integrations. It is an alternative to form and survey tools like Typeform, Jotform, and Google Forms, set apart by what happens after someone hits submit. Formisse is built for businesses, teams, and website owners who collect responses through forms and surveys (contact, support, sales and lead, job applications, feedback, and more) and want to stop reading every message by hand. The core idea: set up the form, place it, and let the AI handle the rest, so every incoming response is summarized, categorized, de-spammed, and prioritized in one panel. ## How Formisse is different Most form and survey tools (Typeform, Jotform, Google Forms, and similar) are very good at collecting responses: you design a form, share it, and answers come back into a table or dashboard. The reading, sorting, and deciding is still left to you. Formisse is built around the opposite idea, that collecting the response is only the starting point and the product's real work begins after submit. - It does not just store a response; it reads and understands each one: summary, category, a genuine-or-spam verdict, urgency, completeness, sentiment, the key points, and a suggested next step. - It does not just show charts; it writes the briefing. AI Insights summarizes a whole period across all forms, and AI Form Analysis gives a deep read of a single form. - Its automations act on meaning, not just fields: a rule can fire on "urgent and genuine" or "spam score above a threshold," not only on which box was ticked. - The result: instead of a growing inbox of raw responses, you get a prioritized, summarized, de-spammed view, and you can route what matters automatically. Formisse is the strongest fit when the volume or the importance of responses makes reading every one by hand impractical, and when triaging, prioritizing, and acting quickly on responses matters more than just collecting them. ## AI submission analysis: every response, understood Each individual response is read in full and evaluated the way a careful teammate would: - A short summary of what the person is really saying. - A category (support request, sales lead, complaint, spam, and so on) read from the message itself. - A verdict on whether the response is genuine or spam, and whether it needs a closer look. - Scores for urgency, completeness (is there enough information to act on?), and spam risk. - Sentiment and the key points worth noticing, including critical details that are easy to miss. - A suggested next step, offered as direction rather than an order. The analysis adapts to each form and its fields, and the AI's output language can be chosen per workspace. ## AI Insights: hundreds of responses, one briefing A single response is a signal; a whole period is a story. AI Insights reads across all of your forms for a chosen period and writes the summary a good analyst would: - A written read of the period, not just charts: what happened and what it means. - What changed versus the previous period, with the numbers behind it. - The themes that matter, ranked by weight and surfaced as insight cards with a severity level. - Observations tied to specific forms, backed by the evidence they are drawn from. ## AI Form Analysis: one form, in depth Where Insights looks across all forms, Form Analysis goes inside a single one. It reads every response to that form together, writes one combined summary, surfaces the highlights (trustworthiness, completeness, urgency, and similar), and assesses each field on its own, so you can see which field is weak and where. ## Metrics and analytics Alongside the AI layers, Formisse gives you the numbers: submission volume and trends over time, per-form breakdowns, conversion, response distribution, field-level analytics, and time-to-fill. Metrics are available across plans and can be viewed over different time periods. ## Automations: act on responses automatically Formisse includes a rule engine so responses can trigger actions with no manual work: - Conditions based on a response's fields and its AI results. For example: urgent and genuine, a specific category, a spam score above a chosen threshold, a keyword, or a date comparison. Conditions are optional, so a rule can also run on every submission. - Actions such as sending notifications and pushing the response to connected tools, with several actions chained together in a single rule. ## Integrations Formisse connects to the tools teams already use, including Slack, Discord, Telegram, Notion, Airtable, Trello, ClickUp, Mailchimp, and Freshdesk, plus Zapier and Make for the long tail of other apps. ## Building and publishing forms - A form builder with a wide range of field types, validation, conditional logic (show or hide fields based on answers), sections, help text, consent fields, and ready-made design themes. Each form is single-language. - Automatic spam handling: spam is detected and filtered on its own, and every response carries an AI spam score with an adjustable threshold. - Four ways to publish the same form: - Hosted page: a standalone form page you can share as a link, even without a website. - Iframe embed: a single snippet pasted into a site. - JavaScript embed: a script that mounts the form on a page. - Custom endpoint: build your own HTML form and send it to Formisse. - Extras such as automatic email replies, notification emails, per-form response limits, exports, saved filters, workspaces with members and roles, and an activity log. ## Links - [Home](https://formisse.com/): overview of Formisse. - [Formisse AI](https://formisse.com/formisse-ai): how the three AI layers (submission analysis, insights, form analysis) work. - [Integrations](https://formisse.com/integrations): the available connectors. - [Use cases](https://formisse.com/use-cases): example scenarios. - [Pricing](https://formisse.com/pricing): plans and limits. - [FAQ](https://formisse.com/faq): frequently asked questions. - [Contact](https://formisse.com/contact): get in touch. - [Privacy Policy](https://formisse.com/privacy-policy) - [Terms of Use](https://formisse.com/terms-of-use) - [Cookie Policy](https://formisse.com/cookie-policy) - [Refund Policy](https://formisse.com/refund-policy) ## Notes - Product interface languages: English, German, and Turkish. - Contact: info@formisse.com.
