What counts as a submission?

Every response to one of your forms counts as a submission, whatever plan you are on. However, submissions our system automatically detects as spam are not included in your limits. A submission you manually mark as spam still counts.

What is AI analysis?

When Formisse analyses a submission, it puts it through these steps: first, if you gave an AI instruction to the form the submission came from, it starts by reviewing the submission against those instructions; then it looks at the connection between the submission and the form to work out how valuable, important, urgent or relevant the submission is, and produces scores. It then previews how you or your teammate would receive this submission, prepares a summary and a suggestion, and presents it to you ready to act on.

What happens when I reach my quota or submission limit?

On the submissions side there are two limits: monthly and total. The monthly limit is the number of submissions you receive in the relevant billing period (per month). The total is the number of all submissions you hold in the system. When your monthly or total limit is completely full, your forms automatically stop accepting responses. You then need to upgrade your account's quota or delete submissions you no longer need.

Do spam submissions count towards my limit?

Submissions the system automatically detects as spam are not included in your monthly or total limit. However, when you mark a submission as spam yourself, it is included only in your total limit, and still not in your monthly limit.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan whenever you like. The change takes effect in the next billing period.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No, you can use Formisse on our free plan without entering any credit card details.
