Refund Policy

1. General principle

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly). Unless stated otherwise in this policy or required by applicable consumer law, payments are non-refundable.

2. Free plan

Formisse has a permanent free plan; if you wish, you can evaluate the Service on it before purchasing.

3. Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, and you keep access to the Service until then.

No refund is provided for the unused part of a period unless stated otherwise.

If you forgot to cancel and have not yet used the automatically renewed period at all, please contact us. Where there is no usage in the new period (for example form submissions or AI analysis), we may consider your refund request; if the period has already been used, a refund may not be possible.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal within a certain period after purchase where applicable law provides for it.

For digital services, your right of withdrawal may end once you have expressly agreed to the service starting before that period expires. You can send a withdrawal request to the contact address below.

5. Exceptional cases

In cases such as an incorrect or duplicate charge, please contact us; we will review well-founded requests and resolve them within a reasonable time. Refunds are made through the original payment method.
